From you (the landlord): your name, email, phone number, and property details. From information you enter about your tenancies: renters’ names, contact details, lease terms, and rent payment history, which you provide to us in the course of using the service to manage your compliance obligations.
To provide the service — storing your compliance records, calculating statutory dates, sending the reminders and notices you configure, and maintaining the audit trail. We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t use renter data entered by landlords for any purpose beyond providing the service to that landlord.
Data about a property and its tenancies is visible only to the landlord account(s) linked to that property. Renters can access only their own consent link, and only for as long as that link is valid.

Under the Australian Privacy Principles, individuals can generally ask to access or correct personal information held about them. If you’re a renter and believe a landlord has recorded inaccurate information about you, contact them directly in the first instance. [Placeholder — add a process and contact for renters who can’t reach their landlord.]
[Placeholder — retention periods to be set before launch, noting VCAT records may need to be kept longer.]
[Placeholder — privacy contact email to be added before launch.]
